Through our sessions I was able to face emotions that were deep and damaging in my life. I felt heard and I felt listened to, I was able to speak for as long as I wanted and go as deep as I wanted and instead of being told what to do I was given opportunities to find my own answers and be able to work through the issues I faced and how to tackle the emotions should they arise again once our sessions came to an end.
